Most are well maintained large villas with a pool – Not the cheapest property here but just ten minutes away is the Benissa Costa, Los Molinos, Les Fonts and Cumbre del Sol where property prices can be up to 20% less – That’s quite a saving!
There is a notable distinction between the North and South with regards to property prices – The north is notably more expensive.
